9 Best Food Tours in Naples, Italy
If there is one thing Naples does (almost) better than anywhere else in Italy, it is food. From pizza straight out of the wood-fired oven to fried street snacks and creamy sfogliatella, eating here is almost a sport.
You can, of course, wander on your own and stop wherever looks good, but a well-planned food tour makes the experience faster, easier, and honestly more fun. Especially if you’re in Naples just for one day or two!
You get taken to locals’ spots, avoid tourist traps, and learn a bit of history in between bites. I’ve gone on food tours all over the world, and it’s still one of my favorite activities to do when I travel.

I am Italian, born and raised in Bologna, and I have eaten my way through Naples many times. A good guide really makes a difference here, especially in a chaotic city where you could walk past some of the best places without even noticing.
The tours below focus on quality, generous tastings, and interesting neighborhoods, so you can just show up hungry and enjoy.
Most of these tours offer free cancellation up to 24 hours before, so you can book in advance and still keep some flexibility if plans change.
